Idea #5| Vote for next Trend

What If: You can vote for the next trend

The satirical version of this idea would consist of an app that would allow people to vote for the next trend.

So unlike waiting for something to happen and then watch it become the next big thing, this will allow people to create the next big thing

But how can this be realistically implemented?

What if we were allowed to vote for the trends before they actually become trending ?

That would kill the spontaneity of it,right? But that wouldn’t be the case for every single trend, the spontaneity facyor will always be there!

We would only vote for some trends!

People would get to vote for what they actually think could be an interesting idea.

⚙️ The process would look like this:

1) People would submit their concepts/ideas

2) We would give the chance for everyone to vote for their favourite trends for a limited period of time

3) The winners get the chance to be featured as the trend creator + their trend making it big on different platforms

If we take the exmaple of Sneakers with Panoramic sunroof.

That would allow creators and designers to make concepts relating to that trend, then would allow brands to measure the demand for these concepts.

It would be like an analysis to know what would make it big before it’s even released.

As some people like to call it, build it as you fly it.
